This commemorative Forever stamp marks the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps, established on November 10, 1775. From its earliest battles in the Revolutionary War to its modern role as an elite fighting force, the Marine Corps has embodied courage, honor, and dedication to country.

The design showcases the Marine Corps emblem set against a white background, featuring the inscriptions “250 YEARS OF SERVICE,” “SINCE 1775,” and “FOREVER/USA.” Designed by USPS art director Antonio Alcalá, the stamp symbolizes the Marines’ proud tradition of strength and sacrifice.

As a Forever stamp, it will always carry the value of the current First-Class Mail 1-ounce rate, making it an ideal choice for both postage and collecting.
